Kororā Consulting Managing Director, Pania Gray (CMInstD) also holds a number of appointed governance positions. Pania is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
Pania is the Independent Chair of Education Services Limited (ESL) and a member of the Te Herenga Waka: Victoria University of Wellington Council.
Pania is the former Board Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and the Academic Quality Agency for New Zealand Universities. She has also held governance roles with the New Zealand Film Commission and the New Zealand Council for Educational Research (NZCER), retiring from those roles in 2024 and 2018 respectively.
Pania served two terms as an elected parent trustee on the Hutt International Boys' School (HIBS) Board of Trustees (2013 - 2019), as a Director on the Board of CORE Education Limited (2018 - 2022) and a trustee on the Māori Education Trust (2019 - 2022).
